Vendor Guidelines

What We’re Looking For

To keep our shows feeling curated and special, we ask every vendor to keep a few things in mind.

Handmade & Local

All products must be handmade, home-grown, or locally sourced by the vendor selling them.

Quality Craftsmanship

Items should reflect care, originality, and attention to detail, the kind of pieces shoppers can’t find anywhere else.

Professionalism

We ask vendors to arrive on time, keep booths tidy, and greet shoppers warmly throughout the show.

No Direct Sales or MLM

To keep the focus on handmade goods, we’re not able to accommodate direct sales or MLM representatives at this time.

Have Questions?

Vendor FAQs

Here’s what our vendors ask most often before their first show.

Q.How do my customers pay for my goods?

We are a Central Checkout boutique. All purchases go through the central register with 14% commission taken out of your check. The system tracks everything through your vendor number, and we send out a check to you within 2 weeks of the show’s end date.

Q.What can I put in my booth/display?

All vendors are required to provide their own tables, backdrops, shelving, etc. You can use tables, bookshelves, ladders, chairs, or whatever you can think of to make your display unique and easily shoppable. We are very tight on space, so please do not go outside your designated area.

Q.What day/time can I come to set up my booth?

Set up is the day before the show starts. It runs from 3pm to 9pm.

Tear down is the last day of the show. We close at 6, but do not start tearing down until 6:15 to give customers enough time to finish checking out. Tear down is from 6:30 to 9pm. Vendors need to pick up any trash in their booth and remove any tape from the floor, and check out with the staff before leaving.

Q.What time will the venue open for me to restock every day?

You may come at 10am each day to restock your items. You may restock during business hours as long as you are not bringing in large boxes, bins, or wagons.

Q.What is the security shift I have to sign up for?

During each show, we require vendors to work one two-hour shift on the show floor, which includes helping us with security, welcoming customers, watching cameras, and more. One shift per vendor number in the booth.

If you cannot make a security shift work, you have the option of paying $25 for another vendor to cover your shift.

Q.Do I need to stay in my booth the entire show?

No, you do not. You may stay, but keep in mind that unless your product requires you to be there, you often do better when absent. We’ve noticed that customers are more likely to visit your booth when you are not there. They don’t feel as much pressure and are more free to look and shop around.
